components of the favorable pattern of political justice in the Islamic Republic of Iran,Emphasizing the thought of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei

The Islamic Republic of Iran, according to the teachings of Islam, one of its main goals is the realization of justice in various dimensions, including political justice. To achieve this subject, it is essential to have a favorable pattern of political justice. For this purpose, the present study tries to use from four causes theoretical framework in the form of formal cause, introduce a favorable model of political justice. Findings indicate that the optimal model of political justice is based on three components of equality, competence and maximizing equality and competence and tries to achieve the equality in the right to self-determination, the enjoyment of all from sociology-political advantages, equality in the make, enforcement and oversight of the law, the enjoyment of political security and political freedoms by all.
